This is going to be short and sweet. Our house is full of reward and discipline charts, time-out chairs you name it. Every time something doesn't work I try something else. It is crazy right now in the house because they are still all pretty young, so they like to tag team on mom and dad.
I would scour the internet looking for new ideas and tricks on child behavior problems. With everything we tried, one thing remained constant and that is CONSISTENCY. Without that, no plan you put in place will last very long.
So when I came across this great tool, I was excited. It took all of the "bad cop" drama off my shoulders and made the kids responsible for their own actions. It was great! If you want to stop child behavior problems right now, you have to give this a try. I got to change everything around to fit our family, and it works by itself!
